The participants of APCA2016 to be able to attend a lecture of “9ISSiS 26JSSiS” without any additional fee.

Please pay your entire registration fee in Japanese yen by credit card.

Cancellation Policy / Refund
If you cancel your participation in the congress, please be sure to notify the Congress Secretariat (apca@2016nara.com) by e-mail or fax immediately The following cancellation fees will apply based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation.

To obtain documents to support your Visa application to the Japanese Embassy/Consulate General in your country, it is the registrant’s own responsibility to make the required request to the Congress secretariat by October 13, 2016.
